What We Do
We personally guide you through the building stages from building permit to completion. Normally when we price a Home or Cottage we would include our premium specifications, full basement, high efficiency heating system, plumbing and electrical hook-up of the modules.

We can price your Home or Cottage the way you want it. We are very flexible with the degree of completion. Here are some examples of that Flexibility.
Completed Cottage
We worked with Al and Claudia from start to finish on their lake front cottage. Their dream cottage included a full walk-out basement, exterior pre-finished pine siding with stone accents and a covered front porch. They had a vision dream cottage. Their dream was completely finished from engineered flooring to the tongue and groove pine ceiling. The open to below loft area is stunning.
Home Completed to Drywall Stage Only
Terry and Linda have built a home before. They understood the advantages to indoor construction but wanted to complete a lot of the work themselves. They had us deliver and set their home on the ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) foundation they installed. We delivered their home to a drywall stage. Terry and Linda completed all the interior finishes themselves including flooring, kitchen and even the exterior siding. They did a great job and their new home looks amazing.
Completed home with a minor finishing by the Home Owner
Brad and Mary wanted us to complete the whole house, except for the floor coverings. They had installed flooring in the past. They knew the flooring they wanted, installed it and saved some money. Their country home is warm and cozy.
